This week schools all over Ireland are placing emphasis on Maths. The Junior Room completed classroom Maths Trails. We have great fun using Maths.

Information Meeting

We attended Paper World in Blackbox Theatre on Tuesday. The clowns had great fun with paper. We even joined in on a paper fight.The clowns played hide and seek with Ms Finnerty.

This year, our class will be attending the Babaró International Arts Festival for Children. This event takes place in the Town Hall Theatre Galway on Tuesday the 16th October.

We will be entertained by Mimirichi Clown and Pantomime Theatre.These clowns are not scary but the sweetest cuddliest and most cheerful clowns. These clowns will transform the stage into a playground.

The aim of this trip is to fulfil the aims of the Arts Education as presented in the Curriculum.  

The performance takes place at 11 o’ clock. So, children arrive to school as normal in their school uniforms. Please pack their lunch separately to their school bags for the trip. No school bag is need on the day of show

Please Note:

Junior and Senior Infants will be going home at 2’clock.A text will be sent if there is a change in schedule.
