Swimming Certificates 2017/18

Well done to the children from 2nd class upwards who successfully completed their Irish Water Safety and Swimming courses. The pupils went to Ballinalsloe swimming pool for these classes for 7 weeks before the Christmas and they were presented with their certificates before Mid -Term Break. Well done to all. 

Winter Wonderland

Galway Hurling Champions 2017 

Brackloon N.S. and Moyglass N.S. Mini 7's Finalists. 

 Well done to Brackloon N.S. and Moyglass N.S. who joined forces and were victorious in Portumna in the the first round of the Mini 7's competition. In Loughgeorge, on a wet and windy afternoon, the boys were unlucky not to progress to the semi-final stage. The boys showed wonderful dedication and skills throughout the two days of hurling. Well done boys.

Killimordaly Minor B Champions 2017

The school was visited by a few familiar faces as members of the victorious Killimorday Minor team and management were welcomed to Brackloon N.S last Monday. In their possession was the Minor B Championship cup. Many of those involved in the team's success are past pupils of the school. Well done to all involved.
